Bug 97023 added the find bar (which had already been available in Help window) to the browser component. It is now used by default instead of the find dialog (the pref browser.findbar.enabled currently has no pref UI). FAYT, the incremental search feature, now also triggers a (minimalistic, auto-hiding) Quick Find bar, which can be disabled in Keyboard Navigation preferences. We should probably keep the find dialog documentation around but make sure that we only have it in one place and otherwise describe the new default. This can hardly block 2.1 but we should keep a close eye one it, thus requesting status-seamonkey2.1.

Missed 2.2 but would be good to get into 2.3/2.4
