I have the browser.urlbar.autoFill configuration set to true.
If I have a tab open that already shows a page from say
http://www.asmcommunity.net/
And I try to open a new tab and type in the first letter 'm' of 'mozilla.org'
to visit mozilla.org, the autofill fails and the letter 'm' is eaten up.
I have uploaded a screencast showing the problem:
http://www.screencast.com/users/yesudeep/folders/Jing/media/72b32bff-c2f4-433f-a3c6-407a55e05b2d
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable browser.urlbar.autoFill in about:config
2. Open http://www.asmcommunity.net/ in a tab.
3. Open a new tab and type 'm'.
Actual Results:
The letter 'm' is eaten and replaced with "http://www.asmcommunity.net/"
Expected Results:
m should not be eaten up
and switch to tab should not be the default choice.
shown me completions for m->
shown switch to tab http://www.asmcommunity.net/ as the first item in the
suggestion list.
