User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b2) Gecko/20100720 Firefox/4.0b2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b2) Gecko/20100720 Firefox/4.0b2 I originally found this bug with the status bar: Turning the status bar on/off causes the "Status Bar" menu item (in "View") to stay highlighted, and the check-mark is the opposite of what it should be. This behavior persists until the mouse is hovered over any of the subitems contained in the "View" menu item. What I mean by this is that if you have just turned the status bar off, the check-mark will still be showing, and it you just turned it on, the check-mark will not be there. However I have just found it by clicking "Tools" -> "Downloads", and then clicking on "Tools" again. In the steps to reproduce I will describe the status bar version. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on "View" 2. Click on "Status Bar" to toggle it 3. Click on "View" again, and do not move your mouse yet 4. "Status Bar" should as previously described Actual Results: "Status Bar" is highlighted as if the mouse was hovered on top of it, and the check-mark is still in the previous state (before the status bar was toggled). Expected Results: The "Status Bar" item should not be highlighted, and the check-mark should correspond to the current state. I was able to reproduce this bug in Firefox 4.0b2, as well as Firefox 3.6.8. I was not able to reproduce this under Linux (x86) with either of these versions of Firefox, nor was I able to reproduce it in Windows XP (x86). Thanks for your report however this is a known issue and will be resolved in Firefox 4 beta3.
