Therefore there MUST be an editing capability. The editing capability should only be applicable to the last comment in a report and only the reported or the comment should be able to edit it. I am stating the previous sentence, because in some forums that support editing cababilities, a reporter can edit his comment even if it is in the beginnin or the middle of a report - which I don't think is a good feature.
