That very much depends on whether what you will land will include live bookmarks from the start, including the Helper Applications item for Feeds. If it will (I think you're running with this and could check more easily than me, so please do if you can) then this is a dupe and comment 0 can be added to bug 557504. Otherwise bug 557504 should probably become a dependency of this one. I just want to make sure it's not forgotten in the event that we cannot solve it in bug 557504.
