Details
We broke progressive image decoding (bug 583825), and we'd like not to do it again. Unfortunately, a very similar test to the one we'd like to write is currently disabled due to random orange (bug 510001). So it doesn't make sense to write this test until we spend the time to figure out what was going wrong with that one.
