TabCandy and AppTabs are both fantastically useful, but the current interaction between the two makes each less useful to me by a huge amount. The current behaviour is that AppTabs appear in the browser window regardless of which Tab Set I have put that tab in. This means that my Twitter app tab -- which is in my "distractions" tab set (where it belongs) -- appears in my "work" tab set, which means it is just there being a massive distraction. Ideally, I would like to be able to set Twitter as an App Tab in my Distractions tab set and have it only appear when I bring that tab set up. So, App Tabs would be per tab set, not universal.

Can we get a preference for this?
Personally, I would rather have it where apptabs are visible in all tab groups. The only problem with that is that when I click on an apptab that is in a different tab group to the one that I'm viewing, all the normal tabs disappear.

Same. I think the best way to do this would be to have all All Tabs in a single, somewhat permanent "App Tab" group in TabCandy. If you don't have any App Tabs, that group doesn't exist. If you have App Tabs, they're visible in all tab groups by default. If you move an App Tab out of that "App Tab" group into some other group, that one App Tab will only be visible in the group that you moved it in to.
