Dragging a bookmark folder onto itself deletes it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the sidebar Bookmarks panel, or the Bookmarks window from
Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks.
2. If you have no bookmark folders, create one.
3. Click on the folder, start dragging, and make sure that when you stop
dragging the mouse is back over that same folder item in the tree. You don't
need to drag off of the item - as long as a drag is initiated, all you have to
do is be over the same folder item you started dragging.
Actual Results: the folder is deleted. It does not reappear after a restart of
the app.
Expected Results: The folder should not be deleted. :-)
This is reproducable always. I have tried creating new folders, and I was able
to delete all of them using the method above. This is a serious problem, because
I'm sure that many people stop accidental drags in this manner.

resolving a duplicate. This has been fixed on the Netscape RTM branch, but the
fix was a hack that fixed the symptom. 53403 exists to find the real fix for
the bug.
