Only happens when Firefox is not focused (when the button is in full glass state). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Unfocus Minefield (click windows toolbar, Firefox button should go full glass) 2.Mouse over the button 3.Focus window and not how border is now not orange Actual Results: The small border inherits the orange highlight effect. Expected Results: Should remain in it's border "glass" style.
