(I'm not sure if this component is the right place for this) I've been having what appear to be rendering issues with many pages for the past couple of days. It started happening sometime between Friday, September 3rd and Thursday, September 9th. Many pages, bugs for example, usually require a reload before they render correctly. That looks like the stylesheet wasn't loaded correctly. Which sounds like cache corruption to me (which is why a reload would help). I've also been seeing a bunch of cache corruption issues recently... Clearing the cache helps for a bit, then problems start reappearing.

Michal, can you have a look at this. I think we need to understand this before we ship Firefox 4.

IIRC this needed a hard reload. I haven't hit this in awhile though.
