User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8
Build Identifier: Thunderbird 3.1.3
This relates to the window that opens when you click Insert-HTML. It all works fine in version 3.1, but when I downloaded 3.1.3 yesterday, I noticed that font tags where reduced to <font> instead of a full tag like <font face="Times"> etc.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose a new mail in version 3.1.3 and choose various different fonts for your text
2. Select All and click Insert-HTML
3. Confirm by clicking Insert
Actual Results:
The fonts are all gone, and if you open the HTML window again, you see that it says <font>, although it used to be, say, <font face="Times">.
Expected Results:
I expect the font tags to remain the same after closing the HTML editing window.
I think only the attribute “face” is deleted, not “colour” or “size”… but I didn't check systematically. I am working with 3.1 again instead of 3.1.3, so I can't check it any more anyway.
