The Unix installer has been removed in bug 345846 (and I think the OS/2 installer has been removed in bug 386903 even though there's no attachment to prove that). The attached patch removes the INSTALLER_DIR variable definition for unix and os2. I don't think WinCE packaging uses the "windows" subdirectory, and I think the .cab is generated on "make package" on WinCE, but in doubt I haven't removed the reference to WINCE. I would happily remove it too if you think it's safe.
