User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.3 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/6.0.472.55 Safari/534.3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b6) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b6

I'm trying to sign in to hotmail but nothing happens. Web console shows next message:
Status Code:
HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy filter is denied. )

I cannot reach https://google.com as well. By the way I cannot reach https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ as well. If I'm typing thous links in address bar nothing happens at all.

https links worked fine in firefox 3.6 (in firefox 4b4 as well I suppose but I'm not sure).

My computer is in the Active Directory domain.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to hotmail.com
2. Try to sign in

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
I'm signed in.
