build id: 1999050317 platform: windows nt if you go to the above url, the title of the Web page is displayed in garbage characters instead of the (russian language) title specified in the source html. generally speaking, i believe the best thing to do in this situation - where you can't display the proper title in the window title because the system font won't support it - is instead pretend there is no TITLE specified in the document and just put the URL itself in the window title.
