Every time I want to access https:// (like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org for example), since the upgrade to "beta 4" (on Windows XP), it does not work (it let the page empty and do nothing).

I assume that you are using a proxy with NTLM but I can't see that in your report.
reopen if  it doesn't work in a nightly or beta7
