Now that we're getting real engine support for cloning in bug 595297 we can remove this stuff.
It'd be nice to still have some centralized place for handling the types that the engine won't handle for us, such as ByteArrays and in the future Files.

It'll be in dom/base/nsJSEnvironment.cpp
I think we did this.
