User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101008 Firefox/4.0b8pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101008 Firefox/4.0b8pre I cannot see whether video is loading or stopped. In Firefox 3.6 and previous versions it was shown on left bottom that there is data transfer between the server and browser, or it was Stopped. Now nothing. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open an web page which reloads data after page load. 2. 3. Actual Results: Does not show the whether it has stopped or not. Expected Results: It has to show that data is transferring. It makes me crazy. I'm waiting to see what happens. Why Firefox 4 is not user friendly than previous versions?
When I have a low connection I'm waiting to see what happens; is video still loading? or it has stopped? *
There is currently a progress line at the top of the tab or below if the locationbar. It will be replaced by an animation in bug 602964 because a line doesn't work if the length is unknown. The text itself will no return.

Actually, there's also talk in bug 602964 of having some of the useful text that was in the status bar shown on the location bar right à la hover links. Will be done in another bug, however. v. dupe
