We have reason to believe purging PICs is costing us on SunSpider. First, let's find out if that's true, and how much it's hurting us.
We should measure PIC purging in general, not just on SS. We have a goal to reduce the ridiculous lag times we have.

JM was removed; PICs in baseline are quite different, have been measured on SS elsewhere.
