In the attached screen shot, there is only one tab open, but I still got the "about to close multiple tabs" warning. Also, why is the text in the warning box squashed into a narrow column?

Zack: The squished columns bug is Bug 586727, but we need to get a better set of steps to reliably reproduce that bug.

Alas, this is the first time I've seen the squashed column and I have no idea what I did. I think this is not the first time I've gotten the confirm-close box when there was only one tab open, but again, I have no idea how to trigger it reliably.
