The Psychedelic Browsing page doesn't refresh when the browser is resized. The page just gets stretched. Links are also in wrong places, they are not where the link text appears.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Psychedelic Browsing page
2. Resize the browser
Actual Results:
-Browser doesn't refresh
-The content is stretched
-Link texts and the actual links go to different places
Expected Results:
Browser should refresh when resized, as it does on IE9.

> -Browser doesn't refresh
Firefox never reload after resize window.
However, Google Chrome 8.0.554.0 and Opera 10.63 reload after resize window.
This may be a bug.
If use setTimeout, then the reload is performed after resize window.

> -The content is stretched
This behavior is intentionally and by design.
as same as Google Chrome 8.0.554.0 and Opera 10.63
> -Link texts and the actual links go to different places
Firefox is as same as Google Chrome 8.0.554.0 and Opera 10.63
The actual link position is not equal to visual.
This may also be bug.

We very explicitly ignore reload requests inside resize handlers, since they are most commonly done after browser-sniffing (badly) and to just work around Netscape 3/4 bugs with not reflowing correctly on resize. So not reloading in that last testcase is expected.
Given the description in comment 0, and the fact that it worksforme on Mac, it doesn't sound like that's the problem here, though....

Oh, nevermind. I see. This bug really is about the reload-in-resize thing. I think that makes it wontfix or invalid, depending.

In particular, see bug 258917.

And to be clear, comment 2 was based on misunderstanding what the bug is about.

One last note (after which I promise to stop spamming this bug):
http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/history.html#dom-location-reload says:
If the currently executing task is the dispatch of a resize event in response
to the user resizing the browsing context
Repaint the browsing context and abort these steps.
We should just report this as a site bug to the IE test drive people....
