Loading unsupported data creates garbage files

Mozilla 2000111708, Mac OS 9.0.4 -
1) Try to load some type of unsupported file
Results: The file will not load and a "garbage" (see bug 60203) file will be
created in your downloads directory.
(I have the QT plugin installed but it's not working. Trying to load different
files (MIDI, PICT) that are supported by QT fails, and these garbage files are
created. These files do not get deleted, even after you quit Mozilla.)
This problem will probably be solved by the resolutions to bug 55690 and bug
60203 - the salted filename is not as big a problem as these are truly temporary
files, but they should be deleted upon exiting Mozilla (probably need a new bug
for that). Leaving open for now, but reducing severity.
Severity: critical → normal

This sounds JUST like bug 60203. Marking DUP, re-open if you disagree.
