From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001116 BuildID: 2000111604 Open browser. Start downloading a large file. Close mozilla. Note that the file is still downloading, which is a component of mozilla itself. Try to restart the browser - say by double-clicking the usual startup icon. It doesn't load - the download must be canceled before the browser can be accessed again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See description.
