However I can not access SSL sites as a normal user. I am using RPM's from Chris Blizzard Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Goto SSL site (any). Then it sites there, If you press stop it goes into some sort of loop. However as root everything works fine Actual Results: Mozilla loops and you cannot do anything else and it hogs your CPU Expected Results: Displayed the SSL site as any user I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but I have exhausted all my other options. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

psm needs write access to its directory. If you have to have Mozilla installed as root, I suggest creating a mozusers group, giving it write permissions to the psm directory, and adding all people who need to be able to run Mozilla to the group.
