In Windows 7, if the titlebar height is customized, the menu button in Firefox overlaps the tabs.

If you change the height of your titlebar in Advanced Appearance Settings, Firefox's menu will overlap the tabs when the window is not maximized.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change your titlebar height to smaller value
2. Open Firefox 4b7
Actual Results:
The button overlaps the tabs
Expected Results:
The button should be slightly above the tabs.
