Very interesting! First, support.mozilla.com site has a new interface. Second, we created a new profile for my version of Minefield. We tested again the initially pages indicated for this bug. I attached screenshots. It seems to confirm the bug. Thirdly, little white square orange button above Minefield not appears now. Probably, this is the fault of one of my add-ons. Perhaps FoxTab. Fourth, correspondence of the Romanian language page for Panorama does not exist (error 404), see screenshot 4. Fifthly, Feedback button disappears in certain situations. Tyler, please tell me what should I do.

Raul: You have a lot of addons installed. Did you try what Tyler suggested in Comment 9? Please try running in Safe Mode and if see if the bug still persists. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe%20Mode explains how to do that.

Marcia, I tested in fresh profile and also in safe mode. This situation persist.

In this website flash game: http://oscar-raul.superpokepets.com/ menu, loading interface are background black. Normally this background are transparency. Black areas around is stupid. Also, in first url reported (http://www.inimacopiilor.ro/campanie/ajuta_promoveaza.php - peedl -add - in top right corner) background is black also. I tested more flash plug-in versions. For all version this bug persist. Please tell me what any more test as you help solve this bug.
