With tabs on top, don't move window when dragging toolbar

Details
In the ancient pre-Firefox 4 era, the tabs were below the other toolbars and the navigation toolbar blended into the titlebar, so it made sense for a drag originating from the navigation toolbar to move the window.
Now, in tabs on top mode, dragging the titlebar or the blank area of the tab bar moves the window; dragging a tab moves the tab (even more directly once we land tab animations); dragging the toolbar moves the window.
We'd like to disable moving the window via a drag originating from non-tab-bar non-addons-bar toolbars when tabs are on top.

Why? They're still fairly dark, and Dark Means Draggable.

Oh, you mean because the active tab and the toolbar form a visual unity, and it's unintuitive to have different draggability scopes on different parts of the same visual element. I'm almost convinced.

Yes. Dragging the toolbar is really dragging the _active tab_'s toolbar, so it shouldn't do anything and certainly shouldn't move the window. I've discussed this with Faaborg.
