Win7 debug crashtests are hidden from tbpl but they can be seen with &noignore=1

Adding dependencies. Feel free to DUPE against bug 570436 if it is the same issue. If it is, then we need to fix it.

In the log in comment 0, the "different heights" assertion (bug 570436) isn't happening. I don't know why, but figuring out why shouldn't block the addition of (switch to?) Win7 for testing. The log in comment 0 says the assertion count was 10, which matches other OSes. Where did the 3 in this bug's summary come from?
