Referer is not sent on background images as in: <BODY background="somebackground.gif"> ... </BODY> Should I have made this a separate bug? I figured putting them in one place was the whole idea.

I'm closing tracking bugs that aren't being used for active projects in necko - they're just cluttering things up (tags work better now).

I'm removing the "referer" alias so this alias does not defeat attempts to use bugzilla's quick search and since arguably there is no utility in having a closed-as-incomplete meta bug using up an alias.
