:-moz-read-only (and :read-only) should apply when the input element is immutable

Details
For the moment, :-moz-read-only applies on an input element when it is read only but not when it is immutable (which include being disabled or not in document, see [1]). ATM, :read-only isn't implemented but this bug will have to change :read-only if it is implemented. Our implementation of read-only in bug 312971 matches the current spec text, as far as I can tell.
