The URL bar where these previews generally occur is hidden, and therefore so is this preview. Reproducible: Always Expected Results: In full screen mode, have the link preview appear in the bottom left, or perhaps maintain the position of the top, but show it without the URL bar.

Bug 541656 moved link URL previews, as per your suggestion, out of the location bar back to the lower left.
