Any launch and navigation inside a webapp must not appear in the history, since it only adds confusion for the user of the "main" browser.

This patch adds a new application type to nsIDocShell, and uses this type to prevent adding URI visits to the history.

I'm not too worried about hiding history for now. We can see how it affects normal usage. App tabs on desktop don't filter, maybe webapps shouldn't either.
We can revisit this once the first phase of webapps are functional.
