User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; fr; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b10pre) Gecko/20110119 Firefox/4.0b10pre In Windows 7 when Status-Bar is shown there is always a resizer at the right. Firefox 4 breaks this logic with the strange decision in bug489303 Si attachment for example of multiple native windows 7 application as reference. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1 - Open Firefox 2 - Show Add-On bar 3 - Look for the resizer Actual Results: No resizer at the right of the Add-on Bar Expected Results: A resizer is at the right of the Add-on Bar

Also as given on bug 489303 comment 77 the border can be modified on Windows 7, which means that some themes will also have a slim border and make it hard for users to resize the window.

I'm confused, there is a resizer on build 1/19 in the addon bar on Windows 7.

Oh, sorry, I have status-4-evar installed which makes it .. I think we should have it though.
Wow, I tried this extension a while before but it didn't had a resizer gripper at that time, and it even add an option to remove the close button now, I won't say this bug doesn't need to be fixed, but I found what I wanted and will probably be fine with it. (It’s just a shame that the more Firefox evolve, the more we need extension to fill gaps)
The add-on bar was removed in Firefox 29.
