I don't have many details yet, but access to the system on which builds are uploaded for download to test machines is down, as part of a larger infrastructure problem. Tree is closed.
Machine issue rather than network setup. -> Server Ops

For the record: First hint of danger at 15:09 when nagios reported problems with surf Tree closed at 15:34 PDT (mozilla-central; other trees followed later) Tree re-opened at 16:52 PDT Reassigning to me to track cleanup, as justdave's work here seems to be done.
