We reuse our process when restarting, which makes startup numbers seem huge.

This was trickier than I expected. I didn't see a good way to communicate that a process was restarted. Which lead to the idea of passing an env variable which lead to a logical conclusion of passing the timestamp via it. Doubleclicking on firefox to launch it is equivalent to pressing restart in the addon manager, so i think this is the most correct fix possible.
