When you visit some sites that use intermediate certificate, you will be reported that connection is untrusted, this is working fine if you test it with google chrome or other browser

Note: This happened only with Linux version of firefox if you try on windows version, everything is fine

https://www.ehradmin.com
https://www.settrade.com

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Visit site such as https://www.ehradmin.com, https://www.settrade.com using Firefox on Ubuntu linux 
Actual Results:  
Get 'The connection is Untrusted' warning

Expected Results:  
It must get intermediate certificate and enter site without warning

I've tested on Ubuntu 10.10's Firefox only

This is technically a site error. All sits should have the intermediate cert as part of there cert chain. Firefox doesn't download missing certs as this implies security problems.

My Question is
Why this not happens on Windows version of Firefox ?

If you visit a site that serve the intermediate cert, the cert is stored in the profile. So when you visit a site that doesn't have the complete chain it still works.

So what your seeing is likely that the profile your using in windows has the intermediate cert in its cert store. But if you create a new profile, you will see the same untrusted warning there.
