This is technically a site error. All sits should have the intermediate cert as part of there cert chain. Firefox doesn't download missing certs as this implies security problems.

My Question is Why this not happens on Windows version of Firefox ?
If you visit a site that serve the intermediate cert, the cert is stored in the profile. So when you visit a site that doesn't have the complete chain it still works. So what your seeing is likely that the profile your using in windows has the intermediate cert in its cert store. But if you create a new profile, you will see the same untrusted warning there.
