I disabled the failing reftests to enable us to reopen the tree. http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/90b3dedc677d
So, the problem here seems to be that some kinds of text is not getting sub-pixel rendering. For example, text in a body element with lang="tr", or text generated by <li> elements inside an <ol> element. CCing people in the know...
