User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en; rv:1.9.0.19) Gecko/2010111021 Camino/2.0.6 (like Firefox/3.0.19) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en; rv:1.9.0.19) Gecko/2010111021 Camino/2.0.6 (like Firefox/3.0.19) When camino is running i7 iMac will not sleep. The screen goes off but the machine is still awake. This is prevalent on 2 i7 iMacs running 10.6.2/3/4/5/6 My C2D iMac and MBP do not suffer this, and they both also have 10.6.2/3/4/5/6. This issue was not prevalent before Version 2.0.6 (1.9.0.19 2010111021) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. leave computer to sleep automatically 2. find computer screen off but hdd whirring and fans blowing 3. be annoyed that x amount of electricity has been wasted because i forgot i had looked at a webpage Actual Results: computer does not sleep, Expected Results: allows imac to go to sleep like it does on my other older machine the lack of sleep is not to do with any 3rd party plugins (silverlight, flip, flash, shockwave) simly loading camino prevents sleep.
Unfortunately, this is caused by bugs in Gecko databases that we have no control over :(
