Do you see the bug when starting Firefox in safe mode? You can get into safe mode via Help -> Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

In safe mode it is better but still some stabe issues, but, I repeat, it is better. When I unmark "tabs on top" there is no problem, also no problem in windows xp, or win 7 classic theme, so I think this problem is linked with aero style. Do you agree?

You can disable the closing-tab animation in about:config by toggling the browser.tabs.animate preference.
