Armenian is by default the current character set in my build (2000121620), which gives me problems when I try to post stuff.. Every time I switch to Western (ISO-8859-1) it automagically switches back to Armenian upon relaunch.
this is a dup of 59940, but since that bug is a DUP of a WORKSFORME I will not mark it as such. FWIW, creating a new profile should fix the problem.
