Out of bug 629485 came the fact that the whole browser-lastwindow-close-requested makes things complicated around the quit dialog. So we should get rid of it. Gavin suggested keeping -granted so that we can still have a notification there and that's the only one actually being used (by sessionstore & to close the downloads window).
