STR:
1. Visit <http://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-2-Traversal-Range/ranges.html#Level-2-Range-Inserting>.
2. Close the tab.
3. Focus the location bar, and type something which triggers that item in your history. Select it and press Enter.
Expected result: the target page should be loaded at the specified anchor.
Actual result: the target page is loaded as if there is no anchor specified in the URL.
