Drag a tab in the tab bar and drop it while holding down the ctrl key. I expect the mouse cursor to change to a similar looking cursor as Windows Explorer has when you hold down the ctrl key to drag a file to copy it instead of move.
This will make the duplicate tab feature more discoverable.
Reproducible: Always

We do change the cursor on Linux so I'm guessing this is a Windows widget bug.
Component: Tabbed Browser → Widget: Win32
OS: Windows 2000 → Windows
Product: Firefox → Core
Version: 3.6 Branch → unspecified
I tried Ctrl+Tab dragging but it does not duplicate, rather moves, same as simple dragging.
