I have the same behavior on the latest trunk with clean profile (on Linux and Windows 7, each on a different machine). Have you left-clicked on the picture before right-clicking and "Save Image As…" ? (You should in fact be on a page like https://s3.amazonaws.com/data.tumblr.com[…]) Directly right-clicking and "saving image as" on the picture on the provided link has indeed the right behavior for me.
