I'm unsure of what caused it and I can't reproduce it, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, setting the toolbars to default, all the basics I could think of. Displays this way on both an external monitor and my laptop's monitor. Tried uninstalling or disabling all add ons, including themes to no avail.
