What is DH? Also, the title reads very badly, "[meta] Get rid of old GUI leftovers from UI" should perhaps be "[meta] Removal of defunct UI from pre-Firefox 4". Not sure why this bug is needed as it could've been tracked by the refresh bugs, but the title could certainly be fixed.
