As you start making a mark, you see the following copy underneath the signing line "Please keep in mind, your mark will be publicly viewable". This is hard to see, so it needs to be darkened. Moreover, it should be linked/anchor taged to the legal copy under the fold. You should be able to click the "please keep in mind..." message and go straight to the legal copy.

I darkened it a bit, but forgot to link it. It's fixed now in our internal repo, and will be included in our next push. If you need it darker than it currently is, let me know sometime today.
