Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0

When I try to close Firefox with the red button (Close Window, Shift+Command+W) it warns me that I have multiple tabs/windows open and asks what to do. When I quit the application, either by the menu File>Quit or with Command+Q, I never get this warning. This was not a problem with 3.x on the same computer. I've been relying on this dialog for Save+Quit and luckily haven't lost any tabs from the dialog not showing up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open multiple tabs/windows.
2. Command+Q to quit
Actual Results:
No warning, even though I have the proper setting in Tabs>Warn me when closing multiple tabs

Expected Results:
Warning dialog the same as with Shift+Command+W (Close Window)

Default theme, nothing special about my computer that I know of. Firefox 4 upgraded from 3.6, never installed a beta or rc for v4.
Use History/Restore previous Session or the button at about:;home.
Restoring the session isn't the only concern; the bug still stands because the warning should show up and used to show up. Thanks though, I didn't know I could do it that way.
That is afaik an intended change from bug 629485
