Tab-modal prompt from popup window should appear top most window.
In the sample html, an alert box is placed below the popup. The user never notices it.

If I set prompts.tab_modal.enabled to false, the alert box will be placed top most window.

Google Chrome12.0.720.0 canary build works as expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with new profile
2. Open sample html
3. Click "open a popup"
4. Click "show alert" in the popup window

Actual Results:
 an alert box is placed below the popup

Expected Results:
 an alert box should be placed top-most window
