Don't you mean 10.6.7? I don't think 10.7 has been released yet.
Anyway try following the three steps in:

No I do not mean 10.6.7 I mean 10.7 I am testing 10.7 for Apple

SeaMonkey 2.0 corresponds to Firefox 3.5.
Q1: Does this also happen with Firefox 3.5?
Q2: Does this also happen with SeaMonkey 2.1b2?

Doug,
I'm also interested in Q1 and Q2 in comment #4. I have another question as well: When you launch SeaMonkey (and the browser window is missing), what do you see in the Window menu (normally, you'll see a list of your opened windows in that menu)?
Browser 1
mail & newsgroups 2
composer 4
addressbook 5
irc chat 6
checkmark (my homepage name)
Also found out that if i click to the finder then click back to Seamonkey the browser window appears
Downloading seamonkey 2.1b now I will report back soon about it
Seamonkey 2.1b works fine (at least for the little while i have used it)
Firefox 4 works fine (at least for the little while i have used it)
Have not tried Firefox 3.5

Doug,
Thanks a lot for testing this.

That's interesting. Combined with what you reported in comment #6, I get the feeling that the window somehow is opened, but not visible. When you say "click back to seamonkey", do you mean clicking the application icon in the Dock? Could it then be that the window opens minimized in the Dock (just a thought)?

> Seamonkey 2.1b works fine (at least for the little while i have used it)
That's good news :-) SeaMonkey 2.0.x and Firefox 3.5.x are based on Gecko 1.9.1. That's why Philip asked if Firefox 3.5 had the same problem. Seamonkey 2.1b2 is based on a pre-release version of Gecko 2.0 (the forthcoming beta3 will be based on Gecko 2.0, same as Firefox 4).
If we can't find the problem, it's at least good to here that you don't see the issue in 2.1b2.

The window for seamonkey is not minimized in the dock.
Is there a link for Firefox 3.5? I can only find 4 on the web site and if I can download 3.5 I will test it.

Firefox 3.5.18 opens and runs normal
Firefox 4 opens and run normal
Seamonkey 2.1b2 opens and runs normal
Semonkey 2.0.x does not

Thanks Dough. Hmm, that's odd. I wonder what makes SeaMonkey different than FF 3.5...

don't know what is different. I really like SeaMonkey, I like having the mail and web browser in the same app.

Based on the above comments, I'm going to confirm this. Note that by the time 10.7 is out, 2.1 should be out too.

We don't have the shell integration / shell service bits on SeaMonkey 2.0.x that Firefox 3.5 has.
