I'm getting a 0 keycode for shift + '\' where it should be 220

e.keyCode or a e.which shows the same code of 0 for (shift + '\')
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to my site
2. hit shift + '\'
3. look at your firebug to see the 0 keycode
Expected Results:
220 keycode instead of 0
Confirmed on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Works fine in Windows 7.

Version: unspecified → 4.0 Branch
Same problem exists for a number of other keys including (but not limited to):
shift + ,
shift + .
shift + ;
(all return 0 keycode)

Is problem gone now that bug 677252 is fixed?
